This is not an hourly job. Kenvorix team work is commission-based — think of it as a flexible hobby / side-hustle job, not a shift job.

No hourly pay: There is no wage, no clocking in, and no set schedule — you work when you want, as much or as little as you want.
Your only job: Find people and sell packages. That's it — you don't build, fix, or manage any websites.
You earn on sales: You get paid a percentage of every package you sell to your clients. Sell nothing, earn nothing — sell more, earn more. The bigger the package, the bigger your cut.
What you sell: Website builds: Starter $225 · Growth $350 · Scale $500. During the promo (through Dec 31, 2026) the full build is $250 flat.
The monthly fee: Every package also has a monthly care fee ($15 / $35 / $60 a month). That monthly payment stays with the studio — Isaac manages the sites and keeps them healthy, so it's not part of your cut. Your percentage is on the package sale.
Your percentage: Isaac confirms your exact percentage and when you get paid before you start selling — ask him if you're not sure. No surprises, it's agreed up front.
