Privacy Policy

Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, business name, and email address. Passwords are stored in hashed (scrambled) form — never in plain text.
- Contact messages. When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, business name, the phone number or email you give us, and your message.
- Business content. To build your website, you may send us business information and materials — services, hours, photos, logos, and similar content.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Sign-in storage. To keep you signed in, our site stores a session token in your browser's local storage (it expires after 30 days or when you sign out). We do not use advertising trackers. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) when the fonts load.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and your website package.
- To build, host, maintain, and update your website.
- To process payments and manage billing through Stripe.
- To respond to your messages, calls, and support requests.
- To keep our service secure and working properly.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run the service:
- Stripe — to process your one-time package payment and monthly care plan billing.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to operate this website and client websites.
- Legal requirements — if we are required to disclose information by law or to protect our rights.
Content you give us for your website (photos, text, business details) is published on your website at your direction — that is the point of the service.
Your choices
- You can update your name and business name any time on your account page.
- To change your sign-in email, or to ask us to delete your account and personal information, call or text 464-300-2021 or email KenvorixWebstudios@gmail.com. Some records (such as payment records held by Stripe) may be retained where required for billing and legal purposes.
- You can clear the sign-in token at any time by signing out or clearing your browser's site data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords, authenticated account access, and payment processing through Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
